 Drink herbal tea (Kadha) made from Basil (Tulsi), Cinnamon (Dalchini), Black Pepper 
(Kalimirch), Dry Ginger (Shunth), Mullethi and Raisin (Munakka) once or twice a day. Add 
jaggery (Gur) and /or fresh lemon juice to your taste, if needed.

1 tsp henna
2 tbsp honey

Pink facial
2 tbsp besan
1 tsp beet root juice
2 tbsp honey

Herbal conditioner 
1 banana (skinned)
Aloe Vera gel
Almond oil 1tbsp
Honey 2 tsp

Herbal hair cleanser
1/2 tsp baking powder 
3 tbsp curd

Herbal hair color (burgundy)
Henna powder  120 gm
Awla powder 2 tsp
Beet root juice 250gm
Egg 1

Herbal hair color (golden blonde)
Honey 4tbsp
Lemon 1tbsp
Turmeric 1tso

Red lentil cream
Red lentils 3tbsp

Soak lentils in rosewater overnight 
Grind to paste in mixie
Strain the paste
Add the remaining ingredients 
Blend
Store in airtight container for 10 days.
