Place round base
Place tin in kadhai and bake for 30min

Groundnuts 50gm
Onions medium size two chopped

Close lid and cook for 1min

Squeeze half lemon and mix

Turn off gas flame

Whip with electronic beater till smooth for 4-5min

Whip for 15min till volume becomes 4times

Spread butter paper in ice tray
Pour 1/2 the white mixture in tray
Refrigerate for 1/2hr
Add food color and blend
Pour the pink mixture in tray
Cover with butter paper to reduce ice formation
Cover with lid and refrigerate for 6-7hrs
Remove butter paper
Slice the ice-cream
Transfer to serving plate or transfer ice cream scoops to ice cream bowl with spoon

Roast peanuts for 4-5min

Rub in plastic bag to remove skin
Crush with steel bowl to split into halves
Add water to saucepan

Cook till melts and thickens
Grease tray with ghee

Spread evenly with rollpin
Allow to cool
Make cuts with knife
Cool to room temperature
